On my first day we did something called ninja wall, ninja wall is a slanted wall that we climb up and then slide down. After that we did stretches. Then we went to the gym and did bars. Not long after that we did Trampoline, on the trampoline we did straight jumps where you jump straight. Tuck jumps are where we jump and bend your legs; straddle jumps are where we jump and open up our legs into the middle; split and ski jumps are jumps where jump then sit then bounce up and Free jumps, Free jumps are where we can jump how ever we want. After that we did snack. After snack we went to the area where boys do flips and different things then what we do. Soon we had lunch. After lunch we did Free gym free gym. Free gym is where we can do anything we want in the gym. After that we go home.
